right! I'm glad I'm not the only one to think this. ReactOS is a Windows 
and should look and feel like one

well said. Implementing this will also require multiple skeleton/template 
profiles - something that Windows doesn't have

this sounds a bit generic...

any idea about how to do it? I have several, but they would break existing
