[ros-kernel] GCC 3.1 & extra

I modified some files to bring reactos a step closer to compilation
under GCC 3.1 (and maintaining compilability under 2.95) I still have an
old cvs account, any objections to committing this or is GCC 3.1 not
needed right now?
