Stupid me... I didn't think to do a make clean. Not used to using makefiles,
yet.

make clean failed, but I was able to fix it by copying RDEL.EXE to the
C:\ReactOS directory.

Should this have been necessary?

Anyways, kicking off the rebuild from post-clean. Hopefully will work this
time :)
