Can we make cmd.exe a defualt option? I was thinking
about adding a check in winlogon so that if it found
%SystemRoot%\system32\cmd.exe it used it and if not
then would load shell.exe. I guess it doesnt much
matter as everything will change anyway, once we have
windowing.
