All that is really needed is "something" that 

1. Runs ./configure 
2. Converts the Makefiles.

It could be a small c program that parses the Makefiles and imports them
in to reactos makefiles. I really don't care at this point, hell even
bringing out the ducktape and using Perl would be fine as it wont be
part of the standard build process.
