You are now a developer of reactos-server, the svn is at
https://reactos-server.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/reactos-server
You need to do the first commit there in order to start the
repository. There in sourceforge is also a lot of information about
how to manage subversion.
We need to meet in chat in order to make a new plan for the project,
maybe at an irc channel.
