We have discussed that reactos needs many improvements in the tcp/ip stack, it also needs to test ndis to make all windows network drivers based on it to work on reactos. After that the work would lead to implement a wifi stack with wep and wpa and its configurations (maybe graphical) tools. Then we should start porting apache2 and one ftp server to reactos. This step might not be as difficult but this will surely lead to discover many bugs in reactos. If you want to do the kickstart, you should make a fist svn commit with reactos source to reactos-server repository as we can download and start modifyng. I will now add you as developer.
