to be sure to distribute this information as broadly as possible]

Dear RDKit community,

The Covid19 situation has caused us to have to cancel the physical RDKit
UGM for 2020, but we *are* going to do a virtual version of the event.

We're still working out the exact details for the technology and agenda,
