Rdkit is now in Debian, there was only one major issue: the Docs/Book directory is licensed CC-BY-SA 2.5, which Debian does not accept as a Free Software license, so I had to remove this for the first upload. However, the issues Debian had got fixed with the 3.0 version of the CC-BY-SA license, so if you are in a position to relicense that content to it, we could ship it in Debian for the next release of rdkit.
