[Rdfapi-php-interest] how to create a model from a OWL file

Hi all:

     I'm a started with RAP. The first question I meet is how to create 
a model from a owl file located in my local directory. I've checked the 
functions provided by ModelFactory, but I didn't find any function 
similar in Jena.

    Could someone tell me how to deal with this.
