[Rdfapi-php-interest] RDF-Schema reasoning

Its my first mail here so hello everybody :-)

I would like to create php  aplication wich carry out  reasoning proces 
using RDF-Schema and rdfapi.
When i was reading documentation on rdfapi home page i noticed that this 
part in menu is nonactive:
- inference engine supporting RDF-Schema reasoning and some OWL entailments.
Is rdfapi including functions wich can help me  make reasoning using RDFS ?
