[Rdfapi-php-interest] Are the URLs case-sensitive?

Hello folks!

While working on an ontology and later implementing it as a RAP
vocabulary class, one question came on my mind?

Are URLs case-sensitive or not?

And my further question is if RAP handles URIref in a case- or
noncase- sesitive way?

It is very importnant if you have properties' and classes' names equal ;-)
