if your are not bound to PHP you could use D2RQ =
http://www.wiwiss.fu-berlin.de/suhl/bizer/D2RQ/ or D2R Map =
http://www.wiwiss.fu-berlin.de/suhl/bizer/d2rmap/D2Rmap.htm.

There are also ongoing efforts to implement D2RQ in PHP, but I don't =
know if there is any released code yet.
