Thanks Onno, good catch. I fixed this and a couple of other places  
where <? was used in rdfdb-utils and the tests. The SourceForge  
developer CVS has been down since Friday so I can't commit the  
changes yet, but will do as soon as the SourceForge folks get their  
act together.
