I have previously posted a Java-file to this list, that will take load a RDF/XML file into a Rap format DB. It uses Jena. Search the sourceforge archives and you'll find it. Another option is setting the "stream" parameter of Model::Load to True, and also using hte commandline PHP, not the mod_php one...
