[Rdfapi-php-interest] How can OWL be used to enforce business rules?

Hi,

Example:

Website owner is offering a special deal on a selection of shoes and
users have to purchase between 3 and 5 pairs of shoes from a specific
set of 8 types of shoe in order to qualify.

How can I enforce things like max/min cardinality such that users
cannot generate a memmodel containing 6 pairs of shoes, for example?

All ideas welcome.
