#205 farm rds 2012r2 +server broker

Hi all, how can one connect to the rds farm?
I test with the ip of the broker server (2012r2) and 4 rds in 2012r2 but it does not redirect it connect me suddenly I lose the server load répartion I compiled version 1.8.3 on debian.
