I am in a situation where I want to replace all of my
roaming (CDMA/Wireless/modem) notebooks from running
XP to Linux - to connect to my TLS-based RDP server )
(windows 2003 sp1). To do so - rdesktop needs to
support ssl-type TLS connections..

Microsoft RDP52 protocol allows a workstation, with a
common-CA signed certificate to authenticate using
the CA's certificate - or the server will reject.

I have scoured the pages looking to see if rdesktop
supports this - and I can't find any reference...
does it?

I tried the CVS with no luck.. not sure if I am doing
something wrong (compiled with libcrypto)

I am supporting "legacy" RDP via PXES client within
our lan... but now I want to extend this to the
certificate-based TLS RDP connection on the portable
desktops - and all our notebooks will be changed over
to linux.. (yay)
