Category: None Group: None Status: Open Resolution: None Priority: 5 Private: No Submitted By: chris kuethe (ckuethe) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: Avoiding crash when new windows open Initial Comment: It seems that new versions of libX11 do more strict validation of XCreateImage parameters. Occasionally this function returns NULL, which leads to rdesktop crashing on a NULL pointer dereference. I've seen this happen connecting to Win2k, WinXP and Win2K3. Here's a patch (from the OpenBSD port) to deal with that ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=381349&aid=1720933&group_id=24366 |
