Summary: Default/all printers redirect

Initial Comment:
I tested rdesktop version 1.4.0 with printer
redirection. It's working really great, but I think the
need to specify which printer to redirect is not nice.

Maybe a better action would be at least to
automatically redirect the default printer (the first
one in printcap???), but the real deal would be to
redirect ALL printers, just like the official rdesktop
client does.

Besides that, I would like to congratulate all
developers for this great work. But I'm sure we can
make it better everyday.

This would also mean that downstream apps that use Rdesktop (TSclient)
would automatically support the printers, wouldn't it? At the moment they
don't seem to pass the printers to rdesktop, so GUI users don't get
printers:

I will make a donation of US$10 once this feature means I have automatic
printer support in tsclient.
