[rdesktop-devel] smartcard support on Solaris sparc

Attached is a patch which enables smartcard access via rdesktop on sparc 
solaris. For those who are familiar with Solaris and Sunray, with the 
correct PCSC installed on the sunray server, it will also connect with a 
smart card on a Sunray.

The fixes include:
1. Fixing some endian problems.
2. Reworked the queueing mechanisms to use a condvar and 
pthread_cond_wait() to wait for more smartcard commands. Rather than the 
current pthread_mutex_lock(&queueEmpty). This should significantly 
reduce cpu utilisation whilst waiting for work!
