The bitmap cache patch just disables bitmap caching.  We don't want to do=
=20
this.  This can be done in the latest cvs with the -b switch.
With bitmap cache turned off, the original decompress algorithum works.  =
This=20
is the stange behavior we haven't figured out yet.

BTW XP and 2003 server have drawing problems with bitmap cache turned off=
=2E  I=20
think its a bug on the server side but all ms client support bitmap cachi=
ng.
