Hello,

attached is a patch agaist the current (rdp5-decompress.diff) that simplifies 
decompression (removes an extra malloc), implements decompression for rdp5 
and introduces an option -z that enables the compression flag 

The second patch (rdp-bitmapcache.diff) is needed for color-depths> 8 bit, 
otherwise the server will generate pdus >8192 bytes that don't fit into the 
history buffer.
