Hi,

When I'm shadowing (or rather: Remote Controlling) a session of a different size and bpp, rdesktop doesn't resize my window. The attached patch fixes this by introducing a ui_resize_window() function and parsing the demand active pdu for the size of the desktop. It also fixes colour fallback when connecting to Windows 2000 TS with more than 8bpp colour.
