Apologies if this is already implemented and I missed it...

In Microsoft's Remote Desktop Connection client if you lose your connection
to the Terminal Server a Quake-style "connection problem" icon will pop-up
and the client will automatically reconnect without having to login again.
It would be great if rdesktop would also automatically reconnect when
disconnected from the server.
