Hello,

this is a feature request.

rdesktop 1.5 had the feature that CTRL+ALT+ENTER
removes/adds the window decorations.

With rdesktop 1.6 CTRL+ALT+ENTER now enters
"fullscreen" mode.

Is it possible to add a keyboard combination
which removes/adds the window dekorations like in 1.5?

PS: I know the -D switch on the command line, but
then it sticks without Window decorations forever.
