#364 scancodes.h: wrong documentation

0x60, 0x61: Avoid, since the up key would be 0xe1, 0xe1
0x61 - 0x79: Normal

0x61 can't be normal AND to-be-avoided.

As far as I remember, both 0xE0 and 0xE1 are to be avoided, so this would be:
0x60, 0x61: Avoid, since the up key would be 0xe0, 0xe1
0x62 - 0x79: Normal

I'm not sure enough right now to create a patch.
