Nearing first release

The first release of rcstagger is nearly here. Documentation is up on the wiki, rcstaggerd communicates with peers and the rcstaggerctl client properly, and appears to be monitoring and controlling its services properly. There are a couple of bugs I want to iron out and two additional features to code:

Bugs

  1. On shutdown, rcstaggerd doesn't always shut all services down. In fact, it appears to go so far as to have "forgotten" some services. Still investigating as to why this is occurring
  2. rcstaggerd does not pipe stdout from foreground daemons properly - nothing ever gets piped through. I haven't any idea why yet... I've looked several times and all appears proper in that section of code...

Features

  1. Local services should drop to a given user's privileges. Currently, they do not have this capability
  2. Local services should drop to a given group's privileges. Currently, they do not have this capability
