Hi, I have recently completed testing my RCAP over the last day with mixed = success. I hooked it up to my RX and Garmin GPS12 receiver and activated = a route to follow. I then walked to each waypoint while observing the = direction of the servo travel due to course corrections. Some of the = time the servo would make the necessary correction to the waypoint, = however, I did notice that the servo would diverge and send me offcourse = for a while. It wasn't until I was far enough from the waypoint that = RCAP decided it was offcourse. I also noticed that once RCAP hit a = waypoint, the servo would move +/-45degrees two or three times prior = moving to the next waypoint. I tried to adjust the gain and travel = adjustments which made little difference. I was wondering if anyone out = there has any advice for the correct setup (or testing) of RCAP. Cheers, Mark. |
