OK you should now checkout "src" and you will have that directory structure.
The only downside to this for me is that all the class files end up in the same forlder as the source files.

Basically what I had was another rcpilot/rcgs folder structure in my rgcs CVS  folder that contained all the classes etc.
But not a big deal. I'll have to fix up my build scripts also. I have a nice little batch files that created the jars zipped everything up, sftp'd it to the server and then cleaned everything. It made adding a version on the site a one command task.
