Doh! I'd forgotten to follow up that AddHandler message to look for
an answer. I think I tried to block it out from my mind, being one of
the messages I traced through while trying to understand messaging,
without any luck.
That makes complete sense, to register from the OSMsgHandler
constructor. Thanks.
