I haven't finished increment 4 yet since i have been sick since last week.
if we need turn in the analysis and design in 3we can do that.  also there is
some minor change on the design 4 in rational rose.
Also, J. David can u turn ur cell on. or phone me. thanks

  I've enjoyed working on this project and appreciated everyone's
effort.  I hope we've all learned a lot, some about XML, RCS, C++, and
so on, and hopefully a whole lot about software engineering and
project management.  I know I have.
