#4 Incorrect time display

The time displayed at regular intervals is always off
by one hour. I believe this is due to line 48 in
rchatumf.php which says `$today['hours']+=1'; I
commented it out and now it works fine (for me). I'm
running rchat 0.9.5 on a PHP 4.01pl2 installation
with a Linux 2.2.16 kernel. Can't remember the glibc
version, but it's the one in RedHat 7.0 (download
edition).

Also, the `/time' command seems to have no effect. I
had no time to figure it out.
