Rcbot2 Ted

Removed CMenuList class as it was not required.

Moved more function definitions into .cpp files in order trim more includes from header files.

Removed extern gpglobal declaration from bot_fortress.h. Moved bot_buttons definitions into .cpp in order to trim down on includes.

More GCC warning cleanup for Wall setting. Clean up of some commented out code plus blank line removal.

Cleaned up more GCC compiler warnings for rcbot specific code.

Removed as much compiler warnings as possible without changing logic.

Removed extern from bot.h that was not needed by the file directly.

Removed as much includes from header files without changing code. This should not affect the behavior of the modules.

Readded debug overlay support that was removed from the last commit.

Reverted code to before header include cleanup. Looks like one of the changes is causing some instability.
