#1 application of bin2hex and pack, renamed to hex2bin

Thank you for providing the .NET community with this project!
I have been tweaking with it recently, and came up with a review of bin2hex() and pack(), which I renamed back to hex2bin().
This patch depends on System.Linq in order for it to work, so maybe if you want to keep .NET 2.0 backward compatibility, I'll be glad to help.
