#2 RBUTILS-002: Add a classpath nested element in the ant task

Currently, user can not specify the classpath used to find resource bundles in the task.
He must add it to the classpath of the taskdef of rbchecker. This is not relieable.
The task should let user specify a classpath element.

Should be added:
* classpath parameter
* classpath refid parameter
