Improve management of the directory where java sources are generated.

Work to be done:
* the directory currently need to exist. Create it if it does not exist to avoid user from creating it
* Add a clean option (ant and command line), this will clean the whole directory; otherwise, the files will be overidden and unknown files will be kept.
