OK, RBTray works fine.
However I would need an additional function "Start minimized".
In other words if RBTray is already running and I start a new program and this new program is pre-defined in RBTray then it should automatically be put in SysTray whenever I start it.
There are a couple of programs which should be started (at boot time) but run in background (in SysTray).
Currently I have always explicitely put these program into SysTray.
Unfortunately, this will make RBTray much bigger - the thing which I don't like to do.
Then have RBTray+ or something?
Well been almost 5 years and never added so wont hold my breath. :(
Will, did you find any other way to minimize a program in the tray at startup ?
I'm launching few programs at stratup which don't have a "minimize in tray" option so I use RBTray to do it but I have to do it manually and I would prefer to automate it if possible.
