You need to use the sample option file that is include in
version 1.2, and rbmake needs to be version 1.2. Older
versions of rbmake did not set a User-Agent header in the
HTTP requests that it sent, and the USA Today JSP script
crashes if the User-Agent is missing. Starting with rbmake
1.2, the User-Agent field is sent by default, and HTTP
header values can be customized in the option file.

(Note if you're using MS Windows: I haven't yet updated the
MS Windows binary release to version 1.2 because I haven't
had time to get a cross-compiler working under Linux yet.)
