#15 rbburst fails on large notations

I was running rbburst v1.1 via my Windows VB shell
program against a file that had notes and underlines.

I had two notations of greater than 256 characters in
length that terminated the extraction process.

I haven't looked at your source yet, but it smells like a
buffer overflow of some type.

(Granted, these were unusally large notations.)
