#1 nWave refresh does not change rules.

When you show the waveform of one rule/formula then
leave the nWave window open and show a new
rule/formula, the script only refreshes the nWave
window. It should remember what fsdb it loaded last
and check it against the new fsdb, and if different,
then the new file should be loaded.
