#12 Summon Major Demon can cause a crash

This has happened twice, I'm not entirely sure what
causes the crash.

Okay.
A huge fireball explodes in the room, leaving you
temporarily blinded.
Adramelch starts following you.

c 'summon major demon'
Okay.
A huge fireball explodes in the room, leaving you
temporarily blinded.
Azazel arrives, and claws across your chest in a fit
of anger!

c 'summon major demon'
<crash>

For obvious reasons I haven't tested this, but I have
a feeling that the crash has something to do with the
third summon being before the demon from the 2nd
summon went into brimstone.
