#365 Delist / False Positive Request — ilovebrightside.com — Razor2 cf:100
Hello, I hope you are well. I am having trouble with my marketing emails and was hoping you could help. I am a small digital agency and these emails allow me to introduce myself and build rapport with leads. Mail-tester tests are showing:
RAZOR2_CF_RANGE_51_100 — cf: 100
RAZOR2_CHECK — Listed in Razor2
I've attached the initial mail-tester report as a PDF and it includes the original email.
I also did another test with essentially no marketing copy (it just said "Hi Alex, this is a deliverability test" and the subject line was "Today") it was also sent from a different Mailgun IP, yet Razor returned the exact same cf:100 result. These are completely different body and subject lines than the first test.
So since the tests proved it's not the body text or subject line, I was wondering what in the email is triggering this? And if you could reset it?
SPF, DKIM and DMARC are all passing, and the sending IP is not listed by the major blocklists tested.
