Domain: smailchevrolet.com
We are experiencing a Razor2 false-positive/reputation issue with our legitimate business domain, smailchevrolet.com.
We have isolated the issue through controlled SpamAssassin testing.
A brand-new blank email template containing only a small amount of text and a hyperlink to https://smailchevrolet.com/ triggers:
RAZOR2_CHECK — 1.7
RAZOR2_CF_RANGE_51_100 — 2.4
Total Razor contribution: approximately 4.1 points.
Removing the hyperlink causes both Razor2 rules to disappear.
Replacing the destination with smailauto.com also causes both Razor2 rules to disappear.
We additionally tested:
https://www.smailchevrolet.com/
a brand-new/random URL path under smailchevrolet.com
All trigger the same Razor2 result.
Plain, non-hyperlinked text containing smailchevrolet.com does not trigger Razor2.
We also created a completely new blank email template containing essentially only “Visit our Website” hyperlinked to the domain. This still triggers both Razor2 rules.
The domain was previously used with an older CRM/email marketing provider, which is no longer in use. We are investigating and cleaning up the legacy configuration.
Could you please check the Razor/Cloudmark reputation data for smailchevrolet.com, advise what reports are responsible for the classification, and reset/delist the domain if appropriate?
Thank you.
