Dear Support Team,
I am reaching out to respectfully request a review of our domain, celestech.com, which we believe may have been mistakenly flagged by your system. As a result, our emails are currently being identified as spam by our Email Service Provider’s content checker that uses Spam Assassin. The error messages we are seeing are:
-2.43 RAZOR2_CF_RANGE_51_100 Razor2 gives confidence level above 50% cf: 100
-1.729 RAZOR2_CHECK Listed in Razor2 (http://razor.sf.net/)
We are committed to maintaining best practices in email communication and would appreciate any insight or assistance you can provide in resolving this matter.
We are a manufacturing company that does not engage in bulk email of any kind. I think our regular email signatures may have accidentally triggered this flag. We use a small embedded image, which we're removing from all of our email signatures. We have DMARC and SPF set up correctly and use Amazon SES as our email sending provider for monitoring and security. We are a real company making real products in our real factory, and do not engage in any kind of funny business when it comes to email.
Thank you in advance for your time and support. We truly value your help in resolving this issue.
Warm regards,
Adam
