Dear Razor2 Team,

I am writing to request a review and delisting of our domain yantle.com from the Razor2 spam signature database.

Our domain has been active for almost eight years, used exclusively for legitimate business communications. We have never engaged in unsolicited or bulk mailing, and our email practices strictly follow industry standards:

SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are correctly configured and passing.

The domain and sending IPs are not listed on any other blocklists.

Our test scores have consistently been 10/10 on major deliverability tools (e.g., Mail-Tester, MXToolbox).

We do not send cold or promotional mass mailings from this domain.

Recently, we noticed that our legitimate messages were not being received by some clients, and upon investigation we found that Razor2 has begun flagging our domain. This appears to be a false positive, as no changes have been made to our sending infrastructure or content policies.

We respectfully request that you:

  • Review the Razor2 listings related to yantle.com.
  • Remove any entries incorrectly identifying our messages as spam.
  • Confirm the delisting or provide any additional details needed to resolve this.

We take deliverability and sender reputation extremely seriously and are happy to provide additional message samples, full headers, or other verification as needed to assist your review.

Thank you for your time and help in correcting this issue.
