Dear Support Team,
Please review our domain, https://gr8relate.com, which we believe may have been mistakenly flagged by your system. As a result, our emails are currently being identified as spam by our email service provider’s content checker, which uses SpamAssassin. The error messages we are seeing are:
Domain/IP Reputation: Listed in Razor2 (http://razor.sf.net)
Domain/IP Reputation: Razor2 gives confidence level above 50%
We are committed to maintaining best practices in email communication and would appreciate any insight or assistance you can provide in resolving this matter.
We have followed all the requirements of KEAP 's automated system to remove email addresses. Additionally, each month we delete all email addresses that are tagged as Unengaged NonMarketable, Non-marketable, Hard Bounce, Opt-Out, Opt-Out Admin, Opt-Out System, List Unsubscribe, Reported Spam, Invalid Email, or Deactivated/Delinquent Mailbox.
