The advertisements you are sending for your various podcasts and events are generating a large number of spam complaints. You need to audit your mailing lists since you are sending to recipients who are reporting them as spam.

Thank you for your quick response.

I’m a bit confused, as our Keap Max Classic Health Dashboard shows a 0.01% complaint rate and a 0.04% bounce rate over the past 30 days. We’re very intentional with our list hygiene and only send to contacts who have engaged within the last 45 days. We also run all emails that opt-in through a cleaning software called zerobounce.

I’ve reviewed our recent sends and am not seeing any spike in complaints from our side. Is there any specific data you can share—such as timestamps or message examples—that would help us identify what you're seeing on your end?

We’re committed to best practices and definitely want to resolve this, so any additional insight would be appreciated.
