Dear Razor2 Team,

We are writing to request a review and removal of our domain https://www.oksanalove.com/ from your filtering system.

Our company uses the Keap platform (formerly Infusionsoft) to send emails. We recently discovered that our domain has been flagged by Razor2, which is negatively affecting the deliverability of our legitimate transactional emails to our users.

We take this issue seriously and have taken the following corrective actions:
• We have fully implemented Keap’s recommendations to improve email compliance.
• We have ceased all marketing email campaigns.
• We now only send transactional messages and service-related communications to our active users and customers, all of whom have voluntarily registered on our platform and expect to receive these emails.

Given the nature of our communication and the corrective steps we have taken, we respectfully request that you review our domain and remove it from the Razor2 filter database.

If you require any further information, logs, or proof of compliance, we are happy to provide it.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Best regards,
Oleksii Denisov

    Dear Oleksii Denisov

    Thank you for contacting Cloudmark.

Cloudmark data is used to protect:
    - Email
    - SMS

In this case poor sending practice via SMS is reason for block. This sample:

Spots are filling for the June 7 Workshop! RSVP now & get instant access to invite any number of women you want to meet. 🎁 You may even attend FREE → https://www.oksanalove[dot]com/events/workshop/

As you see has no STOP option. Sender needs to add and enforce a STOP and we can then review further.

    Regards,
    Cloudmark Customer Support

    Thank you for your response.

We were not aware of the specific requirements regarding the inclusion of a STOP option. The service we used (FixYourFunnel) allowed us to send SMS messages without enforcing any such requirement.

We have now updated our system and added the following opt-out language to every message, including user-requested notifications:

"Text STOP to end any texts from me"

We have also tested the opt-out functionality to ensure it works properly.

We kindly ask you to review our case again and lift the current restrictions.

    Best regards,
    Oleksii Denisov
