#273 Remove restricted domain request
I’m reaching out on behalf of Healthy Workforce Institute & our eLearning site domain (https://www.healthyworkforceacademy.com/) — which is our online educational platform.
We use Keap (Infusionsoft) as our email software for sending communications to our own verified customers and subscribers — individuals who have either opted in to receive updates or purchased one our eLearning courses (or have been enrolled by their healthcare facility).
It’s come to our attention that our domain has been listed on your 'potential spam' restricted domain list.
We do not send unsolicited emails or engage in spam-related practices. If this listing was triggered unintentionally, we would greatly appreciate the opportunity to be reviewed and removed from your potential spam listing. We are currently unable to send an emails to our customers that include any links to this domain - even if the contact just purchased a course that is provided on that domain.
